Smoking short ribs is a low and slow method for creating melt-in-your-mouth barbecue goodness. Start by prepping the ribs, removing any silver skin and seasoning them with your favorite rub or just salt, pepper, and garlic. Preheat your smoker to 225-275°F, then place the ribs on the grate and let them smoke for a few hours and enjoy.
Beef Ribs are a summer time favorite not only for their flavor but the inherent time we spend outside to make them. Cooking is truly a journey and venturing outside is a part of that sometimes. Cooking on grills, smokers or even outdoor open flame grills is a test of our skills. It fun to cook it different ways and I encourage you to try it as well.
