Personally I love to snack throughout the day but dont like to spoil my dinner. When it comes to this scenario I have a go too that satisfies. Crispy Lemony Potatoes are easy to make and pack a punch of flavor. Prep you potatoes by skinning, cleaning and chopping into wedges before miking with garnish. Then add your favorite garnishes in a bowl and sprinkle them in with the wedges. After they are all mixed up spread on a baking sheet and cook to desired crisp. Make sure your oven is roasting for this snack because the crispier the better when it comes to potato wedges.

1 Lb Baking Potatoes
3 Lemons
3-4 large sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
1 small bulb of Garlic,
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp finely diced Fresh Parsley
1.5 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
